Church Outlet History

Church Outlet formerly known as L. Vernon & Co, Inc. was first established in 1977 by Leroy Vernon, to help furnish churches with quality products at affordable prices. It was Mr. Vernon's desire to not just sell to his customers but to establish relationships with them and that is what he did for more than 30 years. Mr. Vernon worked hard to negotiate the best pricing possible from his suppliers so that he could inturn pass the savings along to his customers. In 1998, Leroy’s son Rick entered the business with the desire to carry on his father's legacy. Rick soon decided to change the company's name to Church Outlet, Inc. to emphasize its expansive line of church products. The name may have changed, but the company's commitment to quality products, reasonable prices, and personal relationships with customers is as strong as ever. Today, Church Outlet, Inc. is one of the leading suppliers of church products in America
