Returns | Shipping Policy

  • Due to the custom or job specific nature of most of our products you must contact our office to discuss if the item you ordered is returnable. Most all of our items will require a minimum of a 40% restocking fee plus the shipping cost both directions (if returnable). You must contact our office for return authorization before you send an item back.
  • We use a variety of companies to ship our products depending on size and destination. Most of our larger items (Portable Baptistries, Wooden Pulpits, Communion Tables, Minister's Chairs, etc.) will be shipped using a dedicated hot shot carrier.

  • Damages: All claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by purchaser directly to the freight carrier. Please carefully inspect all cartons for visible damage PRIOR to ACCEPTING delivery. If concealed damage is discovered, contact the freight carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Lead times and shipping dates are estimated to the best of the manufacturers ability and are sometimes out of their control. Therefore, shipping dates will not be guaranteed.

  • Lift-gate service is available on larger items if desired at additional cost.
