For defective or damaged items: All items should be opened and inspected before it is signed for. If there is damage contact our office immediately and we will instruct as to the next step. Do not allow the driver to leave until you have spoken with us.
For non-defective items:Due to the custom or job specific nature of most of our products you must contact our office to discuss the return options. Most all of our items will require a minimum of a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping both directions. You must contact our office for return authorization before you send an item back.
Shipping: We use a variety of companies to ship our products depending on size and destination. Most of our larger items (Portable Baptistries, Wooden Pulpits, Communion Tables, Minister's Chairs, etc.) will be shipped using a LTL common carrier. All of our standard shipping will be a tailgate delivery (customer is responsible for getting the piece/s from the tailgate of the truck to inside the building) and must be delivered to a business address (residential addresses are an extra charge). Smaller items (Baptistry Heaters, Contemporary Podiums, etc.) will typically be delivered via FedEx and can be delivered to a residential or business address.
